I have tried lots of eating plans over the past 25 years, so why not one more?
This one says no dairy, no sugar, no bread, no pasta, no grains, no beans, and to eat only “whole” (unprocessed) fresh, organic foods, and lots of healthy fats (like avocados). That means lots of trips to Whole Foods, and lots of vegetables and fish.
Today is Day 2 on the plan, and so far I’m so nauseous I can barely keep water down.
Onions are turning my stomach, as is the coconut oil we’re using for cooking, and all meats. I can’t live on vegetables and macadamia nuts, so hopefully the nausea goes away soon.
