MVP in India

If I read this article correctly, it says that a man applied for a position as a police officer in India and was rejected because he has mitral valve prolapse. The judge overruled the decision and told them to appoint him the job because having a health condition does not necessarily preclude you from being able to perform in a role. He lists diabetes as an example, and didn’t feel that MVP was any different.

Thank you, judge. MVP is not a death sentence.
